Student Advocacy Union Inc. is always looking to bring in more schools into the SAU family! If you're a student who's willing to jump start a change at your school, just fill out the short form below and we'll get back to you in a few hours or days!
School sites requesting to establish an SAU charter must be:
Located in the United States (including territories and possessions)
A public school
A secondary educational institution (a high school)
*only students are eligible to establish an SAU at their school, should a teacher or administrator wish to introduce a charter to their school, students must remain able to act autonomously*
SAU clubs are amazing leadership opportunities for students to introduce their own voice in school matters! With SAU Inc.'s support, SAU clubs have access to resources to fund events, fundraisers, recruit members and so much more. These resources allow students to make significant changes to their school through collaboration and negotiation with their administration!
Through the Student Treasury Funding Program, all SAUs receive additional funds to sponsor leadership clubs in any field at their campus! This means your SAU can sponsor anything from robotics clubs, HOSAs, etc.
Through the Charter Advocate Funding Formula program, SAU clubs receive annual funding directly from our non-profit to pay for all their resources such as event materials, supplies, and more!
DEADLINE: September 13th 2025 for Southern California ; November 1st 2025 for all other areas
