Yvonne is responsible for the organization and distribution of all records relating to our non-profit. Her office processes and distributes minutes, agendas, corporate records, official correspondence and is responsible for certifying documents on behalf of the board.

Corporate Files/Records are handled by the Secretary of the Board of Directors under the Office of Registry. Files like these include articles of incorporation, bylaws, statements of information, tax forms, and Board minutes. In an effort to maintain 100% transparency, any specific records requests can be sent to emailed to: Registry@studentadvocacyunion.org
Charter SAU files are not available for request from Student Advocacy Union Inc. rather, you can contact the individual charter as all SAUs are required to maintain a transparent policy regarding their finance and activities.
